Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do.

Do you offer free product samples?

We do not offer free product samples. 

How do I cancel my order?

we will only be able to cancel your order if we haven't shipped it yet. If you would like to cancel your order, send an email to support@gsportim.com with your order number and "Cancel Order" as the subject line.

Can I make changes to my order?

Yes, please contact us immediately at support@gsportim.com with your order number and the requested changes so we can update it before the shipping team packs your order. We cannot make changes after your order has shipped, but we'll do our best to assist you. 

What do I do if I receive the wrong color item or my product is defective?

Please email us at support@gsportim.com and tell us your order number, we will take care of you and cover all costs of getting you the right Item. We will send you a new product and pay for your shipping to send that one back to us. 

How long until I receive my package?

For U.S. orders, you should expect to receive your package within 7-12 business days of placing your order (but often sooner).
