REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Our policy lasts 30 days after the item has been delivered. If 30 days have gone by since your order has been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We will highly appreciate it if you can provide the following details to speed up your request:
- Name
- Order Number
- Reason for return
- Screenshots/Pictures/Videos showing the exact issue you are having with our product

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged/wrong items
Please check your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Shipping returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
