Long and I mean long days in retail can be brutal on your legs and feet and I cannot express how much I look forward to coming home to my hamstring and calf stretcher. It is such a great and easy way to help me relax and get a good stretch in so I can get back out and do the enjoyable hobbies I love with my furry sidekick. I recommend this for anyone that has had to work an 8hr day in retail as it really does help get all the right places and I swear it takes the working hrs off my legs. Also added plus is I stopped having leg cramps during the night and I couldn’t be more happy! So yes use it for hiking and your daily exercise routine for sure but for those of you out there are on your feet all day get this and use it- trust me your legs will thank you!

I live in Tahoe where I have plenty of opportunities to go for long hikes or get out on my paddle board- this is such an easy item to throw in my go bag so I can do some well needed stretches before getting in my car and driving home! Super light way and easy to anywhere and I mean anywhere to get those hamstrings loosened and stretched out. Recommend to all my hiking/paddle board/kayaking friends as it’s a go to for those long extended adventure days for sure!

I do BJJ and feel tight often so I get a great calf and hamstring stretch with it and my dog gets jealous.

I do CrossFit 5 times a week and I use my legs a lot so my hamstrings and quads are very tight. The calf stretcher helps me to feel better when I cool down after intense workout, more than that i improved my squat movements, thank you GSPORTIM!

I love the GSPORTIM leg stretcher! i play soccer everyday and runs a lot, it helps me to stretch my quadriceps and hamstring after i do my training. it also improve my leg movement. Great product, highly recommended!
